  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products may not be eligible for return (see Non-Returnable Items below).

2. Return Timeframe

3. Refund Process & Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within [10 working days].

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus an 80 INR processing fee if you cancel the order.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

4. Exchange Options

5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
