Zerova currently ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location.

Typical delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Tier 2 Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and local logistics conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Occasionally, Zerova may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Zerova will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages
